Sure, we can do that while they are here, €10 for nails, or €30 for demoulting groom and nails (please note we do not deal with matts and recommend a vet shave in that case)

It is unlikely, usually I can work my magic, EVEN IF your rabbits have fought or even injured each other before and EVEN IF you feel you have tried everything - sometimes a neutral space, and someone who knows exactly when to step in makes the world of difference (if we step in too early they can't work out a hierarchy and won't bond, but if we step in too late, you risk an injury so it is a fine line) - plus I have lots of tips and thinking outside the box ideas up my sleeve, and will keep trying lots of different things to make it work, AND I am super determined to make it work for you, I appreciate the trust you put in me! 280+ bonds has given me the experience to make it work in most cases.

Of course! I know you are anxiously waiting for news! I message at least once a day, usually in the evening with photos or videos, after I have finished bonding, or towards the end of the day (so it might be quite late!) and you are welcome to check in at any time - don't panic if I don't respond for a bit, I am just busy with the bunnies! I will immediately contact you if I have any concerns or there is an injury (touch wood, never happened yet!). I quite often send photos and videos during the day too, especially cute moments!

Bunnies should be in top health to bond, as it can be a stressful process no matter how easy I try and make it for them. If I am concerned they aren't handling it or aren't well, I will contact you immediately. I have never yet had an injury needing vet treatment when bonding, as I don't take my eyes off them,and I am stepping in well before a fight breaks out - however, rabbits can be very determined and aggressive, and it can just take a second for a fight to happen. My guarantee to you is that I will always watch them and will do everything in my power to avoid an injury but if it does happen, I will contact you immediately and get them to the vet. The vet fees are payable by you

I can also never guarantee they will always stay bonded, but it is rare for a bond to break if they are bonded correctly, with the right methods to make sure they learn how to communicate, and resolve any disputes safely, which they will then be able to do for life, all going well. If something goes wrong, I will do my best to help you fix it (you get a full 3 weeks of care and support once they go home, by which time they should be well settled!), and can always take them back for more bonding if you and I decide they need it, at the same rate as the original bonding.

In exceptional cases, I have felt the bunnies needed an extra day or two to solidify their bond before moving them home to their own territory, - in this case, we can discuss me holding on to them - this costs the same - €50 a day for a pair or €75 a day for a trio. It has only happened a handful of times in 280 bonds though, so is very unlikely

After 50 hours bonding with me and another 48 hours over the weekend with you, most bun guardians feel confident to leave their bunnies while they go to work. HOWEVER, that all depends on how you feel, and how the bunnies have got on in the week with me and since coming home. If possible, a couple extra days being supervised can really help. If not, keep the time they are alone as short as possible. You might want to pop home at lunchtime, have someone else pop in, or use a camera. If you aren't sure, err on the side of caution, and separate them while you are gone, then put them back together when you are home, but be aware this might slow things down. But don't worry, we can cross this bridge together when we come to it, I am here to support you even when you get them home!
